We add NO artificial ingredients and NO preservatives to any of our spice products. You will need to add salt to taste because we also add NO salt to any of our spices. This is especially beneficial for individuals who are on salt-restricted diets. And “no salt added” means that if you choose to brine any of your meat or seafood, you will not have to worry about having too much salt in your finished dish. (Check out our easy-to-follow Brining Your Meatand Batter and Bread Recipespages.)
Our spice products are best used within 6 months of the date on each jar. They are packaged in high-quality, reusable, plastic jars with convenient wide mouths.
