All our spices are sold by volume. A 12-oz. jar of spices equals 24 Tbs (tablespoons). Since 1 oz. equals 2 Tbs, and 1 Tbs equals 3 tsp (teaspoons),
a 4-oz jar equals, 8 Tbs., 1/2 cup a 6-oz jar equals, 12 Tbs., 3/4 cup
an 8-oz jar equals, 16 Tbs., 1 cup a 12-oz jar equals, 24 Tbs., 1-1/2 cups
